Warehousing

Yes! All our facilities are appointment based and all those responsible for scheduling a pickup appointment are required to make an appointment 24 hours in advance. Appointments should be made via email to the following:

    We have 3 warehouse locations.
    • 2200 Broening Hwy, Baltimore MD 21224. The truck entrance is off Vail Street. There is only one warehouse location at 2200 Broening Hwy. Please park in the truck court and call the check-in number 410-246-0500 (Ext: 2010) with your pickup number and you will be directed to the proper location where you will be loaded.
    • 1657A S Highland Ave, Baltimore MD 21224. There are several warehouses attached to this location. The truck entrance is off Eastbourne Ave. Do not enter the facility from Holabird Ave as it is a private road. Please park in the truck court and call the check-in number 410-246-0500 (Ext: 2011) with your pickup number and you will be directed to the proper location where you will be loaded.
    • Our newest warehouse, located at 11801 Industry Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32218. Please call 904-680-020 (Press option 1) with your pickup number to be directed to the proper location.

We handle all check-ins by outside carrier via the phone. We are not doing in-person check-ins. Please park in the truck court and call the check-in number.

If you miss a pick-up at one of our facilities, you must reschedule your appointment. We will not roll appointments to the following day.

We have a 90-minute grace period. Unfortunately, if you arrive outside of this grace period you will need to reschedule your appointment. If you are late but arrive within our grace period, we will work you in as quickly as possible. We do have a 3:00 pm shipping cutoff and cannot accept carriers after 3:00 pm.

We ask that all carriers arrive no earlier than 30 minutes prior to their appointment time.

No, you do not need a TWIC card to access any of our facilities.

Our shipping hours are 7:30 am-3:00 pm, Mon-Fri.

We do have portable restrooms in our truck court that all carriers are welcome to use.

We do not have a CAT scale on site. In the event a carrier is overweight, the closest scale is located at the TA Baltimore, MD #216. You will need to obtain a scale ticket and return to us with a copy of this scale ticket.

We can offer same-day pickups in certain circumstances. There is a same-day loading fee that must be approved by the cargo owner.

Our facilities have FTZ designation, but it is not currently active. If you are interested in FTZ services, please give us a call or send an email to [email protected].

We do not offer cold storage warehousing services.

We do not offer food-grade warehousing services.

We do not offer pick and pack warehousing services.

We do not offer HAZMAT warehousing services.

Yes, our 2200 Broening Hwy warehouse has indoor boxcar capability and is serviced by the NS and CSX via Canton (CTN) short-line railroad. Our 1657A S Highland Ave warehouse has both indoor boxcar and outdoor A-frame or center-beam capabilities and is also serviced by the NS and CSX via Canton (CTN) short-line railroad.

We have two shifts. Our AM shift is responsible for shipping and our PM shift is responsible for receiving.

Please contact us with the exact specifications of the products that you would like to store with us, and we can confirm if we are able to store your product(s).

Customer Service

We operate our customer service department from 7:30 to 4:30 PM Monday to Friday. Contact us via email at [email protected] or 410-246-0500 (Ext: 2000) or option 6 from the main directory.

We are EDI capable. Please specify which EDI transaction set(s) you would need, along with the documented specifications for each EDI transaction set and at what frequency level. Please also indicate if your company utilizes a third-party company to establish and maintain your EDI connections or if it is handled by an internal team. Any new EDI connections between The Terminal Corporation and any newly established trading partner would require a setup and testing period.

The Terminal Corporation will need to confirm if your specific API requirements match our current systems’ capabilities. Please provide which type of information you need to receive or transmit and at what frequency level. Please also indicate if your company utilizes a third-party company to establish and maintain your API connections or if it is handled by an internal team. Any new API connections between The Terminal Corporation and any newly established trading partner would require a setup and testing period.
