Pickup or Delivery

Read Before Scheduling.

  • All pickups are by appointment only.
  • Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Check-in hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM.
  • If a driver is expected to arrive more than 90 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, the load must be rescheduled.
  • Response times:
    • Requests submitted between 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM will be answered the same business day.
    • Requests submitted after 3:00 PM will be answered the next business day.
    • A member of our team will contact you with your official appointment time.
  • Duplicate requests: Please do not submit multiple requests for the same load.
  • Scheduling priority: All appointments are assigned to the next available time slot in the order requests are received.
